NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | | | 21|in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 15-110 of Title 70, unless there | | | 22|is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | | | 23| A. When a school district board of education calls an election | | | 24|for the purpose of issuing bonds pursuant to Section 15-102 of Title | | | arsid15212021 HB1445 HFLR Page 1 ___________________________________________________________________________
1|70 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the school district shall, at least | | | 2|thirty (30) days prior to the election, post on its website a copy | | | 3|of the bond proposal, including each project to be funded by the | | | 4|bond proceeds, a description of each project, and the estimated cost | | | 5|for each project. | | | 6| B. If electors approve the issuing of bonds at an election, the | | | 7|school district shall continue to post on its website the bond | | | 8|information required by subsection A of this section for the | | | 9|duration of the bond and one year after completion of all bond | | | 10|projects. The information posted on the school district website | | | 11|shall also include updates when there is a material change in the | | | 12|scope of the projects and their purpose as stated at the time the | | | 13|board of education calls the bond election. The updated information | | | 14|shall be posted online within thirty (30) days following approval of | | | 15|the project changes by the board of education. | | | 16| C. This act shall not apply to any bond projects approved by | | | 17|electors prior to the effective date of this act. | | | 18| SECTION 2.
