There is hereby created in the State Treasury a | | | 15|revolving fund for the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology | | | 16|Education to be designated the "Oklahoma Workforce Education | | | 17|Partnership Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, | | | 18|not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all | | | 19|monies received by the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology | | | 20|Education from monies appropriated or apportioned by the Legislature | | | 21|and gifts, donations, and bequests. 1|as determined by the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology | | | 2|Education using critical occupation data. Expenditures from said | | | 3|fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer | | | 4|against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the | | | 5|Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and | | | 6|payment. The provisions of this section shall cease to have the | | | 7|force and effect of law on July 1, 2030. | | | 8| SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2025. | | | 9| SECTION 3.
