 8|       An Act relating to revenue and taxation; defining               |
  |       term; prohibiting county assessors' use of unmanned             |
 9|       aircrafts; providing for codification; and providing            |
  |       an effective date.                                              |

  |                                                                       |
12|BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:                  |
  |                                                                       |
13|    SECTION 1.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified     |
  |                                                                       |
14|in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2821.1 of Title 68, unless there   |
  |                                                                       |
15|is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:               |
  |                                                                       |
16|    A.  As used in this section, "unmanned aircraft" means an          |
  |                                                                       |
17|aircraft without occupants that is flown by a pilot via a ground       |
  |                                                                       |
18|control system or autonomously through use of an onboard computer      |
  |                                                                       |
19|and other additional equipment necessary to operate the aircraft and   |
  |                                                                       |
20|includes unmanned aircraft commonly called drones.                     |
  |                                                                       |
21|    B.  County assessors shall not use an unmanned aircraft to         |
  |                                                                       |
22|inspect real or personal property for the purpose of valuation, data   |
  |                                                                       |
23|collection, or any other purpose related to the county assessor's      |
  |                                                                       |
24|duties.                                                                |
