 7|       An Act relating to revenue and taxation; describing             |
  |       manner by which county assessors may inspect real or            |
 8|       personal property; providing for codification; and              |
  |       providing an effective date.                                    |

11|AMENDMENT NO. 1.  Page 1, line 20, insert after the period ".", the    |
  |                  following:                                           |
12|                                                                       |
  |    "A county assessor or representative of a county assessor shall    |
13|    provide reasonable advance notice to the property owner before     |
  |    conducting an in-person assessment of the property."               |
14|                                                                       |
  |                                                                       |
15|AMENDMENT NO. 2.  Page 1, line 20 1/2, insert the following:           |
  |                                                                       |
16|    "Inspection of real or personal property shall mean any use of     |
  |    on-ground site inspections or use of publicly or commercially      |
17|    available image overlays for purposes of valuation, data           |
  |    collection, or any other purposes related to the duties of a       |
18|    county assessor."                                                  |
  |                                                                       |
