NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | | | 15|in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 11001 of Title 74, unless there | | | 16|is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | | | 17| No public body shall conduct any form of gender or sexual | | | 18|diversity training or counseling. For purposes of this section | | | 19|"public body" shall include, but not be limited to, any office, | | | 20|department, board, bureau, commission, agency, trusteeship, | | | 21|authority, council, committee, trust or any entity created by a | | | 22|trust, county, city, village, town, township, district, school | | | 23|district, fair board, court, executive office, advisory group, task | | | 24|force, study group, or any subdivision thereof, supported in whole | | | arsid10557800 HB1888 HFLR Page 1 ___________________________________________________________________________
