AMENDATORY 25 O.S. 2021, Section 303, is | | | 15|amended to read as follows: | | | 16| Section 303. All meetings of public bodies, as defined | | | 17|hereinafter, shall be held at specified times and places which are | | | 18|convenient to the public and shall be open to the public, except as | | | 19|hereinafter specifically provided. All meetings of such public | | | 20|bodies, except for executive sessions of the State Banking Board and | | | 21|Oklahoma Savings and Loan Board, shall be preceded by advance public | | | 22|notice, posted to the Oklahoma Secretary of State website as a PDF | | | 23|document, specifying the time and place of each such meeting to be | | | 24|convened as well as the subject matter or matters to be considered | | | Req. Any additions | | | 3|or corrections to the meeting notice shall be posted in a subsequent | | | 4|PDF document. | | | 5| SECTION 2.
