  |       Section 1, Chapter 98, O.S.L. 2022 (63 O.S. Supp.               |
11|       2022, Section 1-880.6), 1-880.7, 1-880.8, 1-880.9,              |
  |       1-880.10, 1-880.11, and 1-880.12, which relate to the           |
12|       Psychiatric and Chemical Dependency Facility                    |
  |       Certificate of Need Act; and providing an effective             |
13|       date.                                                           |

16|BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:                  |

17|    SECTION 1.     REPEALER     63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-880.1, is      |
  |                                                                       |
18|hereby repealed.                                                       |
  |                                                                       |
19|    SECTION 2.     REPEALER     63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-880.2, is      |
  |                                                                       |
20|hereby repealed.                                                       |
  |                                                                       |
21|    SECTION 3.     REPEALER     63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-880.3, is      |
  |                                                                       |
22|hereby repealed.                                                       |
  |                                                                       |
23|    SECTION 4.     REPEALER     63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-880.4, is      |
  |                                                                       |
24|hereby repealed.                                                       |

 3|    SECTION 6.     REPEALER     63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-880.6, as      |
  |                                                                       |
 4|amended by Section 1, Chapter 98, O.S.L. 2022 (63 O.S. Supp. 2022,     |

 5|Section 1-880.6), is hereby repealed.                                  |

15|hereby repealed.                                                       |

16|    SECTION 12.     REPEALER     63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-880.12, is    |

18|    SECTION 13.  This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.     |
