AMENDATORY 70 O.S. 2021, Section 6-101.42, is | | | 17|amended to read as follows: | | | 18| Section 6-101.42 A. For the 2023-24 school year, each school | | | 19|district shall provide to every support employee a wage increase | | | 20|over the base amount the employee earned during the 2022-23 school | | | 21|year if the support employee is employed by the same school district | | | 22|for the 2023-24 school year in an amount equal to a six percent (6%) | | | 23|increase of the base amount. The dollar amount of salary increase | | | 24|required by this subsection shall be prorated based upon the number | | | Req. 1|of total hours of work performed by a full-time-equivalent support | | | 2|employee. | | | 3| B. For the 2018-19 school year, each school district shall | | | 4|provide to every support employee a wage increase over the base | | | 5|amount the employee earned during the 2017-18 school year if the | | | 6|support employee is employed by the same school district for the | | | 7|2018-19 school year in the amount of One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty | | | 8|Dollars ($1,250.00). The dollar amount of salary increase | | | 9|authorized by this subsection shall be prorated based upon the | | | 10|number of total hours of work performed by a full-time-equivalent | | | 11|support employee. | | | 12|B.C. Theincreaseincreases prescribed by this section shall | | | 13|be in addition to any other compensation and fringe benefits | | | 14|provided by the district, or mandated by law or collective | | | 15|bargaining agreement, unless the hours or duties of the support | | | 16|employee are reduced proportionately. | | | 17| SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2023. | | | 18| SECTION 3.
