 7|       An Act relating to veterans; requiring one hundred              |
  |       percent disability benefits to meet qualifications              |
 8|       established by federal law; providing for                       |
  |       codification; and providing an effective date.                  |

10|                                                                       |
  |                                                                       |
11|BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:                  |
  |                                                                       |
12|    SECTION 1.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified     |
  |                                                                       |
13|in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 500 of Title 72, unless there is   |
  |                                                                       |
14|created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:                  |
  |                                                                       |
15|    Any state benefits available to one-hundred-percent disabled       |
  |                                                                       |
16|veterans shall meet the benefit qualifications provided under 38       |
  |                                                                       |
17|U.S.C., Section 1151.                                                  |
  |                                                                       |
18|    SECTION 2.  This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.      |
  |                                                                       |
