 7|       An Act relating to the school resource officer                  |
  |       program; making appropriation to the School Security            |
 8|       Revolving Fund; stating amount; stating purpose;                |
  |       providing an effective date; and declaring an                   |
 9|       emergency.                                                      |

  |                                                                       |
12|BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:                  |
  |                                                                       |
13|    SECTION 1.  There is hereby appropriated to the School Security    |
  |                                                                       |
14|Revolving Fund as created by Section 5-148.2 of Title 70 of the        |
  |                                                                       |
15|Oklahoma Statutes from any monies not otherwise appropriated from      |
  |                                                                       |
16|the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year     |
  |                                                                       |
17|ending June 30, 2027, the sum of One Hundred Fifty Million Dollars     |
  |                                                                       |
18|($150,000,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary to            |
  |                                                                       |
19|implement the provisions of Section 5-148.1 of Title 70 of the         |
  |                                                                       |
20|Oklahoma Statutes.                                                     |
  |                                                                       |
21|    SECTION 2.  This act shall become effective July 1, 2026.          |
  |                                                                       |
22|    SECTION 3.  It being immediately necessary for the preservation    |
  |                                                                       |
23|of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby          |
  |                                                                       |
24|                                                                       |
  |                                                                       |
