NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | | | 15|in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 4013 of Title 56, unless there | | | 16|is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | | | 17| A. The Oklahoma Medicaid Program shall reimburse for prenatal, | | | 18|delivery, and postpartum services separately in lieu of a global | | | 19|payment or an all-inclusive payment methodology for maternity | | | 20|services. | | | 21| B. Prenatal, delivery, and postpartum services include without | | | 22|limitation: | | | 23| 1. Office visits; | | | 24| 2. Laboratory fees; | | | Req. 1| 3. Physician-ordered testing; | | | 2| 4. Blood work; | | | 3| 5. Fetal nonstress tests; and | | | 4| 6. Continuous glucose monitors or other services for | | | 5|gestational diabetes, when medically necessary. | | | 6| SECTION 2.
