 7|       An Act relating to Medicaid; directing the Oklahoma             |
  |       Health Care Authority to apply for a 1115 waiver;               |
 8|       directing for expansion in medical respite and                  |
  |       supportive housing; providing for codification; and             |
 9|       providing an effective date.                                    |

12|BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:                  |
  |                                                                       |
13|    SECTION 1.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified     |
  |                                                                       |
14|in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 4010 of Title 56, unless there     |
  |                                                                       |
15|is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:               |
  |                                                                       |
16|    The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall apply for a 1115 waiver   |
  |                                                                       |
17|with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to expand          |
  |                                                                       |
18|coverage for medical respite and supportive housing.                   |
  |                                                                       |
19|    SECTION 2.  This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.      |
  |                                                                       |
