 7|       A Joint Resolution approving certain proposed                   |
  |       permanent rules of Oklahoma state agencies;                     |
 8|       disapproving certain proposed permanent rules; and              |
  |       directing distribution.                                         |
 9|                                                                       |
  |                                                                       |
10|    WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 308.3 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma     |
  |                                                                       |
11|Statutes, the Legislature shall have a joint resolution prepared for   |
  |                                                                       |
12|consideration each session.                                            |
  |                                                                       |
13|    NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES     |
  |                                                                       |
14|AND THE SENATE OF THE 1ST SESSION OF THE 59TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:    |
  |                                                                       |
15|    SECTION 1.  All proposed permanent rules of Oklahoma state         |
  |                                                                       |
16|agencies not declared invalid by the Oklahoma Attorney General and     |
  |                                                                       |
17|filed on or before April 1, 2023, are hereby approved, except for:     |
  |                                                                       |
18|    1.  Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry, OAC    |
  |                                                                       |
19|35:20-3-9, 35:20-3-12, 35:37-19-2, 35:37-19-3 and 35:37-19-6;          |
  |                                                                       |
20|    2.  Oklahoma Cosmetology and Barbering Board, OAC 175:1-1-2,       |
  |                                                                       |
21|175:1-3-1, 175:10-1-3 and 175:20-5-7;                                  |
  |                                                                       |
22|    3.  Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision, OAC       |
  |                                                                       |
23|435:15-1-1.1, 435:15-3-1, 435:15-3-13, 435:15-3-17, 435:15-3-19,       |
  |                                                                       |
24|435:15-5-10, 435:15-5-11, 435:15-11-1 and 435:15-11-2;                 |

11|adding definition of ""Payment" means compensation for services        |
  |                                                                       |
12|rendered by a wrecker or towing company in the form of cash, credit    |
  |                                                                       |
13|card, debit card, Automated Clearinghouse Transfer (ACH), business     |
  |                                                                       |
14|checks, cashier's check, or money order." and OAC 595:25-5-7(b) and    |
  |                                                                       |
15|(c), disapproving proposed changes, except for the P.O. Box number.    |
  |                                                                       |
16|    SECTION 2.  The Secretary of State is hereby directed to           |
  |                                                                       |
17|distribute copies of this resolution to the Governor and the editor    |
  |                                                                       |
18|of "The Oklahoma Register".                                            |
