NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | | | 11|in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1018.1 of Title 56, unless there | | | 12|is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | | | 13| A. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall submit a request to | | | 14|the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services for an exemption from | | | 15|the provisions of 42 C.F.R., Section 441.301(c)(1)(vi) to allow | | | 16|providers of Medicaid home- and community-based services in rural | | | 17|counties of this state to provide case management and develop the | | | 18|required person-centered plan. As used in this subsection, "rural | | | 19|counties" means counties with a population of not more than sixty | | | 20|thousand (60,000), according to the most recent Federal Decennial | | | 21|Census. | | | 22| B.
