 6|       An Act relating to officers; amending 51 O.S. 2021,             |
  |       Section 91, which relates to officers subject to                |
 7|       removal; adding officers and employees subject to               |
  |       removal; updating statutory reference; and providing            |
 8|       an effective date.                                              |

10|BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:                  |
  |                                                                       |
11|    SECTION 1.     AMENDATORY     51 O.S. 2021, Section 91, is         |
  |                                                                       |
12|amended to read as follows:                                            |
  |                                                                       |
13|    Section 91.  All state officers not subject to impeachment under   |
  |                                                                       |
14|Section 1, Article 8 of the Oklahoma Constitution, and all county,     |
  |                                                                       |
15|city, and municipal, and school board officers to include those        |
  |                                                                       |
16|elected and those serving in appointed or hired positions including    |
  |                                                                       |
17|but not limited to school superintendents and assistants, city         |
  |                                                                       |
18|managers and deputy county commissioners may, in addition to the       |
  |                                                                       |
19|methods now and causes provided by law, be removed from office as      |
  |                                                                       |
20|herein provided.                                                       |
  |                                                                       |
21|    SECTION 2.  This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.      |
