NEW LAW A new section of law not to be | | | 20|codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows: | | | 21| There is hereby appropriated to the State Public Common School | | | 22|Building Equalization Fund created in Section 32 of Article X of the | | | 23|Oklahoma Constitution, from any monies not otherwise appropriated | | | 24|from the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority Revolving Fund (Fund | | | Page 1 ___________________________________________________________________________
1|248) of the State Treasury, the sum of Forty-four Million One | | | 2|Hundred Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Three Dollars ($44,115,503.00) | | | 3|or so much thereof as may be necessary for the disbursement of | | | 4|redbud school grants by the State Board of Education pursuant to | | | 5|Section 3-104 Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes. | | | 6| SECTION 2.
