NEW LAW A new section of law not to be | | | 13|codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows: | | | 14| There is hereby appropriated to the State Public Common School | | | 15|Building Equalization Fund created in Section 32 Article X of the | | | 16|Oklahoma Constitution, from any monies not otherwise appropriated | | | 17|from the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority Revolving Fund (Fund | | | 18|248) of the State Treasury, the sum of Forty-four Million One | | | 19|Hundred Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Three Dollars ($44,115,503.00) | | | 20|or so much thereof as may be necessary for the disbursement of | | | 21|redbud school grants by the State Board of Education pursuant to | | | 22|Section 3-104 Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statues. | | | 23| SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation | | | 24|of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby | | | Req.
