NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | | | 11|in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1024.6 of Title 21, unless there | | | 12|is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | | | 13| A. For the purposes of this act: | | | 14| 1. "Lewd acts" means any sexual behavior imitating sex or | | | 15|sexual acts, groping, indecent exposure of genitalia or sexual | | | 16|paraphernalia, display of replicas of genitalia, sexually touching | | | 17|oneself or someone else, or convincing or forcing someone else to | | | 18|sexually touch or observe sexual behavior; | | | 19| 2. "Obscene material" shall have the meaning as provided in | | | 20|subsection B of Section 1024.1 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes; | | | 21|and | | | 22| 3. 1| B. No political subdivision of this state shall allow or permit | | | 2|a public display of lewd acts or obscene material in a public place | | | 3|including but not limited to parades, shows, concerts, plays, or any | | | 4|other activity where a minor could witness such lewd acts or obscene | | | 5|material. No individual shall be allowed to show lewd acts or | | | 6|obscene material in a public place where any other individual could | | | 7|witness such lewd acts or obscene material. | | | 8| C. Any individual intentionally displaying lewd acts or obscene | | | 9|material in front of a minor shall be guilty of a felony. Any | | | 10|person may have a cause of action against such individual who | | | 11|intentionally commits such acts in any manner in which a minor was | | | 12|exposed to the lewd act or obscene material, or an individual was | | | 13|unwillingly exposed to the lewd act or obscene material. | | | 14| SECTION 2.
