1| STATE OF OKLAHOMA | | | 2| 1st Session of the 59th Legislature (2023) | | | 3|SENATE BILL 894 By: Dahm | | | 4| | | | 5| AS INTRODUCED | | | 6| An Act relating to public buildings; prohibiting | | state entities or political subdivisions from | 7| preventing certain persons from receiving certain | | services or entering government buildings; providing | 8| for codification; and declaring an emergency. | | | 9| | | | 10|BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | | | 11| SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | | | 12|in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 335 of Title 61, unless there is | | | 13|created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | | | 14| Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no state entity or | | | 15|political subdivision of this state shall deny government services | | | 16|or entrance into government buildings to any person based solely on: | | | 17| 1. The wearing of a mask or face covering; or | | | 18| 2. The vaccination or immunity status of the person. | | | 19| SECTION 2.
