It provides that a first responder acting in good faith will be immune from civil or criminal liability for contacting law enforcement. It requires the presence of fentanyl, a fentanyl analogue, or any mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of fentanyl in the decedent's blood, tissue, or post-mortem toxicology constitute rebuttable prima facie evidence that fentanyl was the proximate cause of death in any investigation or prosecution involving a fatal overdose.

It clarifies nothing therein will require and employer to permit the possession, sale, transfer, or being under the influence of medical marijuana while at the workplace or performing job duties. It clarifies nothing therein will limit an employer's ability to implement and enforce drug testing and zero tolerance policies prohibiting the use of marijuana.
